As far as I knew, the app was compatible with both Windows and Xbox, correct? Whenever I try to install it, it gets stuck on "Starting Download". I've tried restarting the windows Store and my computer, and clearing the Store cache with no luck. If anyone has run into this situation, were you able to fix it?
